The Lincoln Leadership Institute Joins Credly’s Network

Corporate leaders who complete one of the Lincoln Leadership Institute’s innovative training and development programs will now earn a digital credential through Credly in recognition of professional development. The Lincoln Leadership Institute equips leaders to perform and produce in rapidly changing, stressful environments by taking course participants through immersive experiences where iconic historical sites serve as classrooms and experts highlight leadership lessons of the past, bring them to life in the present, and use them to help both teams and individuals learn to drive organizational change.

“We are excited to partner with Credly to bring our history-based leadership development seminars into the 21st century with digital credentials,”said Steve Wiley, Founder and President of the Lincoln Leadership Institute.

Professional development is an increasingly essential component of strong company culture. Reportedly, 94% of employees would stay at their company longer if it invested in their learning. Learning and development programs can mean the difference between an engaged workforce and churn.

“Relevant and transferrable professional development opportunities are among the most valued employee benefits, and both employee and employer stand to gain from them,” said Jonathan Finkelstein, CEO of Credly. “Leadership skills such as those gained through the training experiences provided by the Lincoln Leadership Institute create a more agile workforce which can adapt and respond to the ever-changing needs of any organization.”

The Lincoln Leadership Institute offers digital credentials for each of its in-person experiences conducted through a combination of film, battlefield visits, and engaging presentations led by leadership experts. In addition, the Lincoln Leadership Institute has adapted its signature course, A Transformational Journey from Gettysburg, into a virtual offering to accommodate a post-COVID world.
