As the industry leader of digital credentialing software and services, we know the power of proven expertise and credibility that comes with official certifications. That’s why we proactively seek third-party audits that validate our investment in enterprise-grade security and operations. These experts and auditors regularly scrutinize, test, and validate the security, privacy, and operational measures we implement and maintain.

The latest entry in our enterprise-level security program is earning three International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications: ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity). Credy’s compliance with ISO standards means that we are adhering to industry-wide standards and best practices agreed upon by international experts as the best way to develop and deliver digital credentialing products.

    Here’s a snapshot of Credly’s ISO certifications:

    Information Security

ISO 27001:2013 Information Security is the gold-standard certification for digital credential service providers and offers the highest level of global information security assurance available today. This certification provides external validation that an organization has a good quality information security management system. Subject to risk assessment, this ISO certification requires that Credly meet more than 100 controls.

    Quality Management

From enhancing customer satisfaction to upskilling employees in designing world-class software, the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certification provides customers with the assurance that Credly’s operating practices meet the highest standards of excellence.

    Business Continuity

Credly establishes, implements, manages, and periodically tests its business continuity plan and associated procedures consistent with the requirements of ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity. To maintain this certification, Credly must implement and continuously maintain and improve a management system that protects against, reduces the likelihood of, prepares for, responds to, and assists in the recovery from disruptions when they arise.
