The National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) announced today that it has partnered with Credly to issue digital credentials to student members of the National Honor Society and the National Junior Honor Society.

“As we approach the centennial anniversary of the National Honor Society in 2021, these digital badges will distinguish and connect students who have demonstrated the pillars of membership through scholarship, service, leadership, and character," said JoAnn Bartoletti, executive director of NASSP, which founded and administers the National Honor Societies. "We could not be more pleased to have forged this partnership with Credly to provide this tool for National Honor Societies members.”

“A record of lifelong learning can not only increase employment opportunities but also open new avenues of learning and development that will ultimately enhance an individual’s professional life, wherever it may lead,” said Jonathan Finkelstein, CEO of Credly. “NASSP’s digital credentials are the first touchpoint for many students in developing the kind of career currency that will serve them well in the future of work.”
