News: Arcitura Education’s initiative will use Credly’s technology to provide learners with digital credentials that can be shared online, and used by employers to verify the skills of job candidates in high-growth fields such as artificial intelligence, development and operations, and blockchain.

Arcitura Education, a global provider of IT training and certification programs, today announced the launch of a new initiative to transform its certificates into digital credentials that can be shared online, allowing job-seekers to show what they know, and employers to discover candidates with in-demand expertise in cloud computing, big data, AI, blockchain, and numerous other IT skills.

“Digital certification badges have become increasingly important and relevant in the IT community,” said Thomas Erl, president and CEO of Arcitura Education. “We are excited to partner with Credly to empower Arcitura certificate holders to communicate their accreditations via social media and make themselves available to a wider range of employment and business opportunities. Offered as digital badges, certifications have a greater reach than ever.”

Under the terms of the partnership, IT professionals who obtain a certification after completing an Arcitura training program and passing an exam will now receive a digital credential hosted on Credly’s Acclaim platform, which allows individuals to share their accomplishments online through professional and social networks. These individuals can also use their Arcitura digital credentials to explore active job opportunities and other career-specific information related to skills gained through Arcitura training. Employers can, in turn, use the platform to verify skills and expertise of prospective job candidates in real time.

“Arcitura training and certification programs help prepare individuals to meet the growing, worldwide demand for technology skills in contemporary fields ranging from DevOps to cloud computing and big data,” said Jonathan Finkelstein, founder and CEO of Credly. “We’re pleased to help Arcitura translate their certificates into digital credentials that will create pathways to opportunity for learners, enable employers to discover qualified talent, and close the communications gap between the two.”

Arcitura’s digital badges are now available. Additional information about the digital credentialing program can be found on the Arcitura website.
